Hi everyone! Today, I’m giving you a behind-the-scenes look at what a day in my life as a Branding Project Manager at Clutch Made looks like. My role is to ensure that all branding (both for our company and our clients) is well-designed, cohesive, and effectively communicated.
Starting the Day: Social Media & Brand Communication
My day typically begins with a check-in on Clutch Made’s social media planning. I review what’s scheduled to be posted, assess whether new content needs to be created, and prepare artworks for the upcoming week. We work collaboratively using a content planning platform, where each team member plays a role: some focus on generating ideas and designing (that’s me!), others write captions, and finally, everything gets scheduled and published.

Beyond planning, maintaining our social media presence is a key branding task. This means engaging with our community, planning interactive stories, and ensuring everything runs smoothly so I can move on to the next part of my day.
Once a week, I also work on the email campaigns that land in your inbox (if you’re not subscribed yet, you can do it here). My job is to visually translate the message into an engaging and cohesive design, making it easy and enjoyable to read. Additionally, we have regular team meetings to align on projects and make sure everything is on track.

Bringing Brands to Life: Client Projects
After ensuring Clutch Made’s branding is in order, I get to my favorite part—working on branding for our clients!
The most common projects I work on fall into two categories:
Logo development – creating a unique mark that represents a brand’s identity.
Full brand identity design – developing a cohesive visual language that extends beyond the logo, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

The process is dynamic and collaborative. I always begin with in-depth research, client interviews, and moodboarding before diving into design. I believe in an iterative approach—there are rounds of feedback and refinements to ensure the final identity truly reflects the brand’s personality. I value my clients’ input while also bringing my professional expertise to guide them toward the best possible outcome.

Beyond logos and identity systems, I also work on extending branding into collateral materials—think hangtags, business cards, packaging, and other elements that enhance brand presence. Occasionally, I even work on social media strategy and content for our clients, helping their brand come to life across digital platforms.
